If you look, the car was actually parked. They had swerved over to the left side of the road to try and knock the kid off his bike. Still, smacking that car at 15-20 mph, with his head had to hurt like hell!
Then why was there someone in the Taurus and the brake lights were on. If he wasn't dead he'd have severe facial fractures.
