I was watching CNN over my lunch hour and a judge is bring back in a case against McDonalds. Some people are suing McDonalds for making them Obese. WTF!!! Don't fucking eat at Mickey D's!!! I just thought i had to bring it up. Another useless lawsuit. It's not McDonalds fault. I eat there maybe once or twice every 2 weeks but when i go in, i know exactly what i'm going in for.... fat food.

If I'm not mistaken, this isn't the first time McDonald's is being sued for that.

Being fat is hereditary. I have friends (Andy) that could eat ten fucking cheeseburgers a day and never gain a pound.

Another factor that makes insurance and related things so high.

It must be Fat people week on CNN. Yesterday i shit you not, There was a guy on there that was 1,072 lbs. He was down to like 600 or 700 and wants to get down to like 278. Unbeleivable! They showed video of him at home. He basically stayed in his bed all the time. Everything surrounded his bed.

I hear ya Craig- I have a friend that is the same way, skinny but not a skeleton. I've seen him eat 13 tacos at TacoBell in one sitting. At Kwik Trip i've seen him eat 9 hot dogs with all the fixings and still be hungry. I've seen him eat an entire Tombstone pizza too, not the cheap $3.00 ones either.

Anyways.... these pointless lawsuits gotta come to an end. With a make your case situation, you can almost sue anybody nowadays.

That 1072 lb man is from Minnesota, and has been in the headlines for months. Welcome to society! ;)

People wonder why our society is going into the shit hole. People are always sueing others becuase of stupid things. The court system is always backed up becuase of it. If people would learn to just go on in there lives, we wouldn't have such a screwed up country.

But yeah, that is just mental. People need to take responsibility for their own actions.

I can understand if there was a class action suit because the published numbers in thier little health brochures were wrong. If it's just a David vs. Goliath "I ate McD's and now I'm fat" then I think it's just senseless.

That being said, I eat fast food about once a month (if that). I used to eat fast food just about every day a couple years ago. I weigh about the same now, as I did before, although I do feel alot better, and I'm not so poor. ($5/day * 5 days a week * 52 weeks = $1,300 per year for lunch on weekdays.)

I didn't eat McDonalds and I am still fat. I am going to sue myself.
