Has anyone seen this documentery? I'm watching it right now, and it's kind of interesting. Some if it is stupid, but overall I'd recommend watching it.

Fast food is unhealthy and makes you fat. Check.

It's more than just getting fat, it's interesting how it's affecting the rest of your body as well. Most of it should be commen sense, but I bet there are plenty of people out there who don't realize how truly bad it is for you. Myself included. I probably have fast food (McDonald's mostly) once or twice a week sometimes.
