Hi, can anyone help? I have 93 TSI AWD 5spd, and when the car warms up to normal operating temp it feels like its running on 3 cylinders, but it has spark on all 4, I catch a wiff of gas from inside the car once in awhile, probably due to the small amount of gas building up on the outside of the FPR.
It used to run like that after a hot start in the summer,id park it for like less than a 1/2 hour, get back in it, start it, and thats when it would do it. Now it seems to do it all the time. Im also getting a check engine light. help!!

Mods: stock FPR,stock mas, K & N, Supra tt fuel pump, S AFC, ported 2g exh mani,3in turbo back no cat, boost set at 13 psi .

I'd start with the CEL, get/borrow a pocket logger and read the code

It smells like gas because your base fuel pressure is probobly in the neighborhood of 70psi at idle with the supra pump and stock regulator. Get a real regulator and pull the code and go from there.
