One problem after another it seems, probly will never end. Anyways, i went fast through a few gears and then at about 60mph, 3 warning lights came on. Coolant low light, Battery light, and Brake light. TO add to this, the power steering turned off, and then the car overheated LIKE CRAZY! Needle hit the end of the gauge.

Pullled over into byerles parking lot, and popped the hood. Thermostat didnt open (upper pipe was really presureized), and the bottom pipe was cold still. Before when i was driving, either a belt or maybe even the water pump was squeeeling like crazy.

I'm going to pull the thermostat out, and just drive it like that, just to get her home safely so i can diagnose more of the problem. Anyone have any ideas of what happened?

You lost your altenator belt, don't drive it till it's fixed or you will possibly do some pretty serious damage from overheating etc. That and you will likely end up stranded from running off the battery.

Sounds like the AC belt snapped as well, both the alternator and AC belts go around the crank and the water pump.

AC belt doesn't go around the water pump. It has it's own belt driven off the crank pulley. The water pump pulley has 2 belts, one drives the PS pump and the other is shared by the altenator and driven off the crank pulley. If you lose the altenator belt, the waterpump is no longer driven and therefore cannot drive the PS pump.
You can cut the AC belt with no issue whatsoever and all you will have is no AC.
