I know it's short notice but I was wondering if anyone was up for some tubing (or sledding) tomorrow nite? We just bought a few tubes at Walmart tonite and are dying to try them out. I was looking at the Hyland Hills website and they say they have lighted sledding hills that are open til around 10pm. I've never been there before but am willing to try it out.

We have a small air compressor that we'll be bringing with us to inflate the tubes. If anyone brings their tubes, we'll let you use it so you don't have to inflate it before you come out. I know how small our cars are. Afterwards, maybe we can find a parking lot that hasn't been plowed or one that has some good ice in it to play around.

I know we ususally do shooters on wednesday nites but I just want to go out and enjoy this stuff while we have it just in case it melts and we don't get any for a month or 2.

I was planning on shooters, but I am not sure. If we knew a cost I may be up for it. sleding/tubing sound like fun. Last time I did it I broke my friends sisters finger. When I play king of the hill, I play to win. LOL

Well parking is free during the week. But no where in the site I can find out about paying to get in to the park. I know in the summer you need to pay to get in.

I have other plans for the evening. :D Sorry! Sounds like it would have been fun.

Looks like Hyland would be out for tubing. They don't allow tubes or snowboards there. I tried to find out something for prices but I couldn't find that either.

Does anyone know of any good sledding hills around? Whether it be pay or not? If we could find a good hill somewhere, I'd go. If we were up in St. Cloud I would know where all the good sledding hills are.

Sometime this winter I want to get a Hill Billy Hills meet going. It's between St. Joe and Cold Spring. They have some awesome hills to tube. And you don't have to bring your own. They provide them!!!! I used to work out there years ago.

There is a fairly big hill at edina highschool. and if there is fresh snow, the parking lot is a great place to do doughnuts and stuff... the parking lot is somewhat hidden from the main road (so cops dont see ya). Edina highschool is located off of highway 62 on valleyview road.
