I have yet to have any recall work performed on my 1995 TSI AWD. My front lower ball joints are on the verge of letting go. I ran my VIN on Chrysler's website and my lower ball joint recall has not been performed. My question is, which dealership should I bring my car to? Has anyone had this recall performed?

And Jeep/Eagle dealership I think. I think there is one in B'Ville

I am probably going to call the Dodge/Chrysler dealership in Bloomington, the one by Metro Mits but I thought I'd ask if anyone recommends one dealership over another.

I'd probably go to Metro as well, but Allan's right--there's one off Cty Rd 13 just West of 35W.

I like Bloomington Chrysler/Jeep, they have always taken care of me.

Bloomington is able to get me in at 8:00AM tomorrow morning, should have it by lunch. It will be nice to have a car that drives straight again.

Bloomington Chrysler is good people.

And it's good that your finally getting 'em replaced. I've seen soooo many come in on flatbeds after the B/J seperated. Plus no more clunking!

If you have a Talon, you have to take it to a Jeep dealer. I took mine to Burnsville Jeep when I had mine done a year or 2 ago.

Well, got my car back. It goes straight now. :D Here are the service notes

Replaced the lower lateral arms since both the right and left ball joints were completely seperated. Also had to replace the damper fork to lower arm bolt since they were siezed to the old arm and had to cut off. Installed new arms and bolts.

Car is 100% better now that I dragged my ass in to the recall work done. Glad I got in when I did.
