My alarm, my dome lights, the power door locks, and my stereo wont come on. Using my stereo for the testing since its easiest to get to I tested voltage at the Battery wire (the one that goes directly to the battery) and came up with only 1.3 - 1.4 volts. Not 13-14. Tested the ignition wire and it came out to 13 volts. If I plug my stereo directly to the battery and not use the stock wiring, it works.
All fuses are ok and are getting power to them. What could this be?
Its in a 1G by the way.

What made it start doing it? Change anything lately? Did you check to see if your getting a good ground to the stereo?

check the ground on your alternator and make sure your alternator is good. I had that same problem. THose were the solutions.
I would say alternator fuse (80 amp in the engine bay). But you said that you already checked them... Did you spark anything? Is it just an all of the sudden problem?

I checked the ground on the alternator visually and it seemed ok. The few things I did to the car was replace the transmission and rip the interior out to clean it. I took the door panels off, and the center pieces. The only wires I unplugged are the ones in the door. It couldnt be the alt. because my battery stays charged, my head lights, my windows, and my dash lights work.
The horn does NOT work either. what a bitch that is in traffic
