Heck Yeah. I've waited for the snow for so long. I was suppose to go to Afton last weekend, but it rained on Friday and they couldnt make snow. I'm gonna finish waxing my board this week and hopefully I'll be able to go to Afton next Saturday (took work off). How long have you been snowboarding/skiing? I might be too tempted and go on Tuesday after school...haha.

I rock the Ride Exile, Burton Synchro Bindings (Clickers are lame). I'm down for some thrashing if anyone is interested.

Man I haven't snowboarded since I was 18. Once I joined the military, I haven't been anywhere where I could do it. I still got my board though. It's a yellow Avalanche with some Burton ratchet style bindings, and Van boots, Blackdot jacket with the nice lil elastic things for your wrist so snow doesn't get up in there. If I'm still in MN for the first winter, I'm going to have to see if I can still even make it down the hill. It's been 4 years!!

Everyone here has the Burton Bindings, huh? I have a 5150 board, but I'm not really sure on the name. My brother bought it and didnt like it as much so he gave it to me. I'm going to get the Flow bindings and I was thinking about the M3 Talon boots. Although I might have to try those DC boots first, since they sound pretty nice. I want to get a better board, but dont have the $$$, haha. Anyways...I've only been boarding for like 3 years (4th this year). I'm hoping on starting more on the jumps and stuff this year.

I have Lamar bindings on a Lamar board with Liquid boots. I used to have an '89 Burton Ride board. Still have it, but it's so old and junky... serious old skool.

As far as slopes are concerned... I'll be hitting up Buck in the middle of the night with an inner tube. ;)

My board is still from '98, I should get a new one. But if I move to AZ, then I think I'll save the money because it's not gunna get much use in that area

I cant stand going up and down the same hill so I wont be hitting any slopes until afton is atleast 75% open. I got too spoiled going to CO and actually skiing on snow, in nice weather too. Everytime I go here its always like 5 degrees and windy like hell haha.

Ill go a few times but prolly only afton or maybe make a trip to lutsen. I ski BTW.

Have you ever been to hyland??? holy buckets.... you spend more time on the lift then you do on the hill...if you can even call it that. i got a season pass there last year. the park was nice, though a lil icy and worn cuz of the crowds, but it was so close.
