Like Steve mentioned, when you are going through the trouble of back halving a car, it makes sense to go all the way and a four link is the best suspension for a drag car. There is nothing more tunable, for track conditions, car changes etc. It makes even that much more sense if you are doing a full tube chassis. You won't find any full tube cars with ladder bars for that reason.
