How heavy

About 135 by itself, about 145 in a plastic tub with a piece of plywood underneath it. This is an AWD tranny of course. They're around $80-$120 to ship around the country.

It feels heavier than that, maybe it's cause most of the weight is at one side. Or maybe i need to work out lol.

I am guessing the workout part of it. I moved two of them around cars and place them on the other side of the garage. If you have seen my garage lately, you know how bad it is. I spent all day yesterday cleaning it. I would guess the weight to be ~100 lbs.
