Well im talking around to contractors i am going to be sub-contracted out to clean houses before people move into them. I am starting this up buy myself and I am really excited about it. The money is in it i've done my research, and the way people are building business will be around for a while. Its exciting to know that i will be working for myself but still someone else paying me. lol

I have my first client meeting tomorrow with a construction company near my town, and im going back and forth with 4 others and one is commercial *bling bling* damn i'd have my car paid off in about 6 months. well if anyone is working construction talk to me.

I wouldn't mind cleaning. You get to work in nice homes, pays well, not back-breaking work, and if you're lucky, the soccer-mom living there will pay you a little "extra" while her husband is at work

actually i will be cleaning houses that people have not moved into yet.
so im not going to be a maid or anything im going to be sub-contracted out to clean brand new house that are unfurnished. the guy that gave me the idea for this made about 60,000 last year doing it.
going rate is .15 cents per sq ft. and charge 4 dollars per window to clean. lol and people actually pay for this shit.
