I think it should follow these rules;

1. It must be a licensed street car
2. It must run full exhaust (dump tube is optional)
3. It must have D.O.T. approved tires (any kind you like)
4. The engine manufacturer must match the car (transplants of the same make are acceptable)
5. Imports only (fuck no, Camaros/Firebirds are not allowed)
6. All entrants must run the same fuel (nitrous is optional)

Other than this, I think it should be open to what ever you want to do to the car.
