I am very curious on where Jakey's posts went??
I dont understand at all how they were deleting material and why they were deleted, all they talk about is lawyer stuff.... If you just took it away to keep magnus from seeing answers to it or something thats not cool.
If I were you I would take legal action... were not talking about a thousand bucks but more like over 10,000 in mistakes. Thats rediculous if you ask me.

It is not $10,000 in mistakes. That statement right there is an example of how this thread will get out of hand. This thread is about my experience with Magnus Motorsports. Did they "drop the ball", yes they did, several times. Did I still get a stage 3/stage 4 2.4L-LR engine? Yes I did, twice.

Honestly, you should probably just close this thread and add to it as you see fit. Between your editing and deleting what's the pointing of leaving it open for the public to post to? I thought this was a discussion board? If you don't want people to discuss it then close the thread. I understand what you're trying to do but it's not fair to the rest of us and it's disrespectful to "micro-moderate" what people have said after they've taken the time to read your story and type their own response.

It's keeping Threads and Post on topic and not letting them get out of hand. And talking about getting lawyers and courts involved in this is what I would call "getting out of hand". And that's not what this thread is about. I'm not trying to cause Magnus Motorsports or DSMStyle any problems. I only wanted to help you by giving a detailed account of my experience.
I know I learned alot from this experience, just as I hope Magnus Motorsports, DSMStyle and you did also.
If Allan or Jana feel that I'm doing something wrong here, I'm sure they will step in and say so.
I do appreciate everybody's posting in this thread, including yours. I'm sure Jakey understands why I edited what I did, but I also edited it because of what I had said, and after thinking about it further, I realized I was wrong. So to do the right thing, I edited post.
Please continue to post all you want to on these forums.
