Well, thursday morning I will be hitting the road to go work the last scca prorally. As most of you read, SCCA has decided to quit sanctioning stage rally events after this year. Lake Superior ProRally is one of the oldest rallies on the circuit and is a very fitting venue for the last one to be sanctioned by SCCA. It's going to be held Friday the 21st and Saturday the 22nd up in Houghton, MI. Even though SCCA has pulled out for next year, there is hope on the horizon with Rally America stepping up to the plate to take over for SCCA.

If anyone here is planning on attending this rally, maybe we can caravan up there. We are leaving around 10am on thursday morning. We'll probably stop up in Duluth for lunch and then haul ass the rest of the way. Let me know before tomorrow nite if you want to join us. There will be plenty of spectating spots to watch the cars going thru the woods. And there will be plenty of partying after the event. The parties up there are legendary.

I'm going up with my buddy. We're going to leave around 5:30am Friday, though.

612-247-4447 if you want to give me a call. I'm up for some parties!

Are you guys going up to just spectate or are you going to volunteer to help out? If you volunteer to be a road marshal, you get a better seat than being crammed into a spot with 200+ people. Or you could come out and help me at my spectator locations being a marshal. I've got a couple of good corners to watch with saturdays being run twice.

I'll call you tonite and see what's up.

We're going to Marshall. At least, that's what a signed up for. We always offer for Sweep, but no word if they need us yet.

Cool. Would you want to work at one of the spectator points with us?
