Yep. You would want to remove the lower cover to see if those are aligned also. Does the car drive now? If it were me, instead of dicking with the wiring, I would pull a plug wire to see if it is getting spark. Then I would disconnect the fuel feed line for a second and see if it is sending fuel to the rail. If both of the above are fine, check timing.
