Not sure if anybody here is interested...but i figured ide try
I have a 2br/2ba Condo in minnetonka, and i have no need for the second room. I am looking for a renter to move in around november 1st, or whenever is convenient.
I am looking for $500 a month, including utilites.
The area is pretty nice, the building was built in 89. its right at the corner of 169 and 62
