Need some advice since I know there will be people on here that have experience with these parts.
I'm gettin a Greddy turbo timer from a friend of mine who's brother bought it for his civic, but never used it. It's new in the box. I'm paying $70 for it which I know is a good deal. My question is "how the heck do I install this thing?" Do I really need the $15 wiring harness for it or can I hardwire it?
Injen intake pipe for a $100. Only a few months old, but has very little evidence of being used.
Greddy Profec B boost controller for $250 used.
Thinkin about makin top half of upper intercooler pipe outta 2.5 inch exhaust pipe. Already gettin lower half with 1G BOV flange for $50 used.
Gonna get 2.5 inch exhaust from the downpipe back for around $250 with a 5 inch tipped Hiayama muffler that I payed nothin for. Will this be good enough for a future 14b upgrade, or should I just go ahead and do 3 inch?

Well I wouldn't upgrade to a 14b. You are going to want to upgrade your downpipe as well, anyways a full 2.5 exhuast ive heard is good up to about 400hp.
As far as the turbo timer goes, get the harness. You do not need it but it makes it almost plug and play.
Is your other upper IC pipe 2.5"? If not, you are going to have trouble connecting them. You will need an adapting coupler. I would just cut the stock upper IC pipe and use that.
As far as the exhaust, what are your future plans for the car? You will need a larger exhaust if you go with a large turbo. If you plan on keeping a 14b, 2.5" should be fine. What is the price difference?

I assume you haven't done the 14b upgrade as it is very worth while. A T25 can only get you 13.5's in the 1/4. The turbo just dies off top. A 14b can get you into the 12's with minimal mods and holds boost. As the cost of only ~150 for the swap, it is one of the best bangs for your buck for 2g owners.

I'm in the process of saving for a JDM 6 bolt swap. Friend of mine is importing engine, tranny, computer, and harness for $1000. The engine comes with a 14B so I figured I would just go with it when I did the swap instead of a 16G. I'm not trying to build a fast car for the 1/4 mile. I'm focused more on autocross so I want a turbo that will spool really quick.
Goin to pick up the intake tonight..........

I'm gonna disagree with that. The T25 can go faster, just not alot of people take the time to do it. I know a car that went 13.404 @ 101 on the T25 with no fuel management,, stock head, and stock motor. ;)

Why are you getting a JDM motor? Does your have crankwalk? The JDM motor will have lower compression, which isn't what you want for autocross.
