Blaine, White 2g Talon Esi

So I went to Best Buy today at Northtown Mall in Blaine. As I'm creeping up and down the lot looking for a spot I see a white 2g Talon that had bold, lime green decals proclaiming the model and engine size (Esi, 2.0) all over the car. It also had nasty chrome wheels and a funky white dude blastin some gangsta shit. Anyone seen this guy, or know who he is? He needs a nice slap in the face.
