Get the latest version of IE and you won't have any popups. I am not sure if it was SP2 or what, but I now block all popups unless I choose to let them through. My computer at work started doing it a few weeks ago, now I updated my home one and it is doing it too. Yay cattle herders!!

SP2 had the pop-up blocker with it but IMHO I still like Firefox better. Firefox is a much cleaner browser.

We have had SP2 at work for quite some time and I have had it here now for a few weeks. Not a hiccup! It actually seems to have made the computers a lot more stable.

My roomate's computer registry was destroyed thanks to SP2, no way am I touching it. I guess both Dell and Gateway have been flooded with problems since its release. From other people running it and no destroying their computer, they could not get wireless internet to work.

I have been using Firefox for a while now and after some getting used to it is nicer than IE with the exception it won't play some videos that IE will.

You will just have to make sure you have all the plugins for it to play all the video's Chris. It should play anything IE will.

I wish that was 100% true. One of the websites I spend quite a bit of time on is listening to internet radio on Launchcast and Launchcast does not work with Firefox. I've tried every plug-in I can find and simply can not get it to work. So if anyone does get it to work please let me know. :-)

What site is it? I listen to online radio as well and don't have any problems.

Is anyone using OpenOffice? I downloaded it the other night after seeing it mentioned in an article about Firefox.
