Now you've done it, go knock on wood.
I've used DHL a couple times now at work and haven't had any problems yet. I hate FedEx and don't really care for UPS either. Whenever I can I use the good ol' USPS, things seem to get where there going alot quicker.

Don't they count you signing the hanger as signing for the package? Are you sure it didn't get stolen?

We have had good luck with UPS, but they are all at times difficult to deal with for similar reasons. Either way, it doesn't matter who it is, Tom will have no luck with them because it is Tom.
I have used Fedex & UPS both at work and home and never had problems. I"ve signed the hanger thing too and they left the package.
Either you have a shady driver, or a neighbor stole it.

well i just called mcgard (key manufacturer) and they are gonna track the package and call me back, and hopefully send me a new key, its been around a week and a half since ive driven my car. and the thing is, if it was taken from my doorstep it would benefit absolutly no one, those keys are just for my wheels.. fucking duh.

That's not going to stop someone from taking it though. I had a $500+ clutch for my Stealth stolen when Airborne Express left it on the steps at my apartment (even though ALL other delivery services only deliver to the front office). I bet that thing ended up in the trash. I feel your pain.

I use nothing but the USPS. Everytime I tried some other company it took twice as long to get/recieve.
The post office offers the same things (warranty's, etc) as the other company's and I'm pretty sure it cost's less to.

i use DHL when I can.
i haven't had a single problem with them yet. Otherwise I use the Post Office.
tom should remember this
when we both worked at CompUSA, a Epson printer was shipped back via UPS. It The box looked like someone beat it with a wrench or something. Open the box and the printer is totally trashed, its cracked everywhere, the ink cartridge blew up and covered almost everything in a blue color.
The boxes coming from UPS were usually somewhat damaged, small scrapes, holes, dented corners from being dropped.
Fedex i've seen less of a problem with. But not many less.
DHL, I have seen ONE box damaged. Called DHL and they paid for the damaged part and we got a new one early the next morning.
It is who dell uses for shipping their parts. So i've probly gotten over 100 packages from them.
