ok so they are rusted on hardcore. I have tried liquid wrench, torch, big f'ing hammer for like 2 hours. ITS NOT BUDGING!!!
any suggestions?
Rotors or calipers?
front or rear?
i know that there is two or four bolt holes that have threads in them..
find a bolt that fits the holes, and do one turn at a time or half a turn..
if you are talking about rears, also make sure you do not have e-brake turned on.

Its the front rotors. They havent been changed in a long time so they seeem to be seized onto the hub assy. they are really rusted on good...

Might be time for the gear pullers.
When John and I did mine and the Wheel bearing it took 17tons of pressure to get the damn thing off.
I'll be doing Front rotors this winter. Hopefully they won't be as bad as my rears.

My fronts were pretty bad too when Steve Hill and I did them when I first bought the car. We ended up having to take full swings with a sledge to knock them off. It took A LOT of hits.
This has always worked well for me...

That bolt trick works sweet. Have a couple of extra bolts and nuts though. Sometimes they break off and jam between the bracket and the rotor.
