Those laws were set for future production cars. It's not retro-active to older vehicles. We are safe, for now. :3gears:

if you haven't read it in full, one thing i really like out of all of that is that they are to make more efficient drivetrains...

That could be a bad thing though. Sometimes more efficient means lighter components that are weaker.

If a state was producing more than 1% of the worlds greenhouse gasses, that would be f-ed up. But is this the case for some?
