When Till I Max Out My 550's

I was wondering at around what psi on the turbo will i be maxing the 550's

Your not going to max them out on that setup ever. If you got a bigger turbo then you may think of getting bigger ones, but with a Big 16 550s will be fine for whatever that turbo has.

mine are at 105% duty cycle at 5800rpm 17psi in 3rd :ohmy:

550s are good for about 400whp on base fuel pressure i'd say, and if you want more just raise the fuel pressure a bit

with my 50 trim, i was seeing somewhere around 99.8 % duty cycle and 34-35# air/min on 20psi ..
ocasionally it would jump to 105% duty.. so i just upgraded..

Just bump the fuel pressure. Yeah, craig is right, you won't max out 550's with a B16g. Once you get to a 20g, then you can if you get it cranked up.
