1g Awd Axel Seals

I need two install two new front axel seals I bought from Brookdale for my '92 GSX 5-speed. Can someone tell me if all you do is *carefully* pry them out of the tranny case and push the new ones in? Or is it more involved than that? Thanks.

Just make sure you don't pound the passenger side in to far.
