Neon Starter

My friends starter went out on her 97 Neon. I can see where the starter is I just can't see how to unbolt it. Can anybody help me out?

There are 2 bolts that hold it in, kinda hard to get at it with the intake mani and coolant lines in the way, i wanna say 18mm?
