lol and if you have any pics of the beauty, it was probably close to being the ugliest car at the car yeah im sure it was atleast 2nd or 3rd in the ranking. I got my first mustang GT kill and a vette on the freeway then a couple other cars i was kind of suprised to beat. But all and all I am sure I had the cheapest car there out of anyone.
A corvette owner yelled to me after one of my runs, one i just got barely nudged out at then end of the trap by about 2 ft. by one of his corvette buddies because I missed 2nd and 4th gear. He yelled hey buddy ha ha your car doesn't have a muffler and then everyone around him started laughing thinking he was god. All I could think was yah whats your point and your rims and tires on your low 13 second vette are worth more then my 14.1 second 4 banger.

Are you talking about the Fun Day last Saturday? I saw you there, but didnt get to see you run. Those vettes and gts arent as quick as I thought. I didnt do too bad against one of the Z06s, he got 13.7 and I got 13.9 (best run yet... :banana: ). I felt a little awkward being there, I dont think I saw another asian guy there...haha. Oh well, I beated 1 of 2 Trans Am (missed 2nd on last run), then beated a GT bullet. I had to go up against this focus SVT at the last second. I was hoping to go up against the GT right behind him. Oh well..it was still a fun day there.

Whats funny is I read in alot of places that corvettes (at least z06s) are supposed to run low 12s. When I was at a fun day early this summer, there was a brand new 04 Z06 running 14.1s. I asked them about it and they said it was a Z06 off the showroom floor. Never have I been so hyped.

fastest i've seen a stock z06 go (well heard of) was 11.8's@12xmph..
it was an 02 if I remember, maybe an 03..if im not lazy, i'll dig up the thread.

14.1 for a brand new vette? Thats horrible. My first run was quicker than that and I'm almost all stock...haha. I dont know what went wrong with that vette.... :3gears: .
