Does anyone kno how to make it re-circulate, or how i may do so???????

There is a recirculating "kit" that can be bought for about $40 with a tube and some wierd adapter thing for the end of the bov.

You need to buy the recirculation kit. It replaces the three bladed whistler in the front of it.
