Well some of you probably remember me complaining about a tickets I got the day I got my car up and running For to loud of an Exhaust. Though when the officer and I were talking two harley's pulled up and the officer and I couldn't hear each other so he said we'll wait till they leave.

anyrated not that I think any of you really care but, just wanted to say I got that ticket dropped today. Spent 45minutes waiting, and then 10 minutes talking with the lady.

so basically an hours worth of waiting saved me $220,

i've learned something...

even if you have done it, say you haven't... let them prove it.. just keep denying it.. burden on them is to prove it..

I went in there and the lady looked the paper and then said what do you want me to do?

I said I have an issue with my ticket, told her what happened, and fallowing that I said I tried to find some information on the muffler I bought and on the website of the company it states this Exhaust lowers the Cars DB's by 7db's. (which it states at Apexi's website) Fallowed by what ever DB's means (a little fib but what ever)

She then said well typically bikes get more leanancy then cars, but really it's up to the officers descretion. She then checked my record which has nothing on it.

And she then said I'm going to drop the ticket since the officer didn't put anything in the comment field, but if you get a ticket again you might want to get it checked out.

At that point I said thank you and walked out. (she was polite to me so I was polite to her from the get go) this was the Hennipen county office here in South Dale.
