So I went to WB Dodge today, and drove a 2005 SRT-4. I liked it. Equal length drive shafts, LSD, sunroof, and all for about 20k. So we crunched some numbers...

My payments now are $599.99 a month, $248 a month insurance.

Well after I soak up the inequity, and get $12,500 for my car  My payments will drop over $100 a month!!!

Plus my insurance drops  :stick:

Wierd huh?

So I can get 9% intrest by myself, but if I could yet again get my mother to co-sign, I can drop that to about 4.5%.

I've got my name on a 2005 Blue SRT-4... As early as next week, I could be 3g-less

Sunroof, Leather buckets, LSD, Equal length D Shafts (NO MO TORQUE STEER), and a beefy warranty!

$12,500 for my car, AFTER they drove it and looked it over? :stupid:

I can't wait! :bounce:

Any ideas for a plate?? I had:

i don't think you are ready for the complexities of a turbo car, but then again your partner in crime seems to manage ;)

with little to no torque steer and the LSD, coming out of a corner with 250 torque and 230 ponies is really fun now...

Seats are great, and I love the stock sound exhaust (no mufflers)

I plan to leave it stock. I need this to be my "grocery getter" in a way. No more Elite Autosport burnouts, street racing, or 160mph highway pulls for me...

Try a different dealership before you buy.I know of at least 6 people who got much better deals at other dealerships, after first going the WB Dodge.I would suggest Blaine Dodge, IMO(and I have a ton of experience with local dealerships) their sales department is the best in MN.Ask for Jeff Weldon or Ken Lohr(been awhile they may not still work there)

You obviously don't own it yet. Most people don't understand that 150+mph is only seconds away in that car. $400 tickets come only seconds after that. Good choice tho, very reliable fast car for the money. Good luck!

p.s. Why does everyone get blue damn it? :secret:

Yes, there will be no highway top end runs in this car...

*for a while :bounce: *

Thanks Lightning, I'll check em' out this week!

It's gonna be wierd having a little bit of power behind that long pedal on the right... I think some call it an accelerator... Yep, that's it...

Wow, $12,500 is a lot on trade in for that car. I just sold a 2002 Eclipse Spyder GTS in mint condition for $13,400 retail. They obviously have some decent markup in that Neon. Sounds like a decent deal for a big dealer.

Well technically my car is a 2002, I got the first GTS ever from Brookdale Mitsu, and it was labeled 2003.

The mark up was rediculous in that Neon. The sticker read 23,somethin... I was able to get down to 20,650. During the test drive, the dealer guy broke the shift knob, AND killed it, AND destroyed the clutch in the black one we drove... I put my name on the blue one

I still can't believe that they quoted 12,500 AFTER they drove it.

You should see my car, then you'd understand.
