how is his wining tied into politics? can you explain that part a little bit more? it is pointless to go to a show if he's going to be there because he's done so much of show and go and his car is spotless ..

This has nothing to do with Jason or his car. But for the sake of showing difference I have to compare the 2.
But here's the difference.
Juding was based on
-Interior
-Exterior
-Stereo
-Peformance
-Display
-Lighting
Jason went there parked his car, popped his hood, and Put 1 trophy on his Sunroof.
-Interior - his is custom but his Doors were closed so you couldn't see it.
-Stereo - He only had a Deck, no subs, or amps
-Performance -Great list but I'm making 74 more HP then him and my mod list is double his.
-Display 1 trophy
-Lighting - NO lighting.
My Car:
-My interior was on full display - Completely redone the day before the event so it was much better then normal - so I'd say close enough to his
-Stereo I have a much larger stereo set up them him.
-Performance - Like I stated I'm making 74 more hp then him. I included Dynosheets, and Full Mod List including pictures of Install, etc, where as I didn't see anything from Jason (but all I saw was the Isle Side of his car)
-Lighting I had 1 strobe light
-Display - 7 page Full Write up of my car, 12 pictures, dyno sheets, Installation pictures, 9 trophy's.
-Exterior - I'm severly lacking in this part which probably had the most to do with it. But at least it isn't a stock body kit, or a body kit in primer
I even Fixed the Rust Holes, and Painted my Engine Bay on Friday.
Like I said I know Jason, and I know his car this has nothing to do with him, he's a great guy and I like what he's done with his car. But I just don't get the outcome.
I'd say for this event 10 being ultimately perfect. My car was at about 8, Not everone likes the yellow interior scheme.
You know where I stood with judging. Can't help the other two were a part of MNSC.
I'm sorry you're pissed Brian, your car looked good. I scored you at 78/100, which was your highest score.

I appreciate that. I know the other judges came through early also, when I hadn't finished getting everything together.
I hadn't gotten my Rim/Tire on the front yet, nor did I have my trophy's, lighting up and running. Even you came through before I had all that stuff. Done.
Honestly even though I know my poorly paint matched body kit hindered me a lot.
I felt I should have easily made it up in every other category.
As for the political side of it. I know most of you would typically root for someone you know over someone you don't know right? well that's how I feel things went with judging.
Again I'm NOT making fun of or putting down Jason or his car. It is very nice car and he's a very nice person.
This is soley venting my frustrations. But at least I'm taking this positively and plan to do something about it for next year. I'll hopefully be doing a lot of show upgrades this winter.
I scored you very high for I.C.E., and engine bay mods. I scored you perfect on your wheels because I knew they were brand new, and I knew you were getting yours there. I gave you more points on overall presentation and originality. I found exposed bolts on his (Jason) body kit, which was a little too "Tom"esque for me. I've seen you're set up and presentation, and I told the others that when they came through. I scored less conservative than the other two.

I took several pictures - but it was hard to get them to turn out ok with the lighting.
But I'll post the ones that turned out ok here in a little bit. (probably after lunch)
I really wish I'd taken pictures of Jason's car just to show the difference's in presentation for those that are wondering.
