$1000 For 12's Q's

I think/hope some of you remember me but I havnt posted here since i sold my car in janurary (94 Eclipse GSX) but the friend that bought it is looking into modding. I remember on "MNDSM" a while back they were talking about hitting 12's for 1000 bucks.. i cant remember what mods were needed for that but correct me if im wrong when i list from memory:

Walbro 255lph
550CC injectors
open downpipe
boost controller
S-AFC

Am i missing anything?

K&N air filter, turbo back exhaust, manual boost controller, fuel pump maybe, race gas, mod the MAS a little, maybe a stronger clutch.

1quik4 clicked off multiple 13.1 sec passes in his stock 1g awd at the shootout last weekend. just open downpipe, 2600, and race gas for mods. not even a rewired fuel pump
