I'm considering putting heat wrap around my coolant pipe thats in front of the block to keep the coolant cooler. Is it even worth it?

Well the top one is the "out" from the motor to the radiator. In general it wouldn't to shit. Rubber is an excellent insulator.

No no no. The aluminum pipe that passes under the manifold and right behind the turbo. Sorry I should have worded that better the first time.

I doubt that would have any effect at all, in fact, that would probably increase the coolant temp slightly, since that pipe is no longer radiating heat.
