What numbers are you referring too???
Go back to the post where I was quoting my HP/Torque numbers. [/b][/quote]
Take and add enough cylinders to our NA engine to equal the amount of cylinders in your engine and I would say we would be just fine. BTW, what is the displacement of your engine (not up on all BMW numbers).

So what if our turbos add a few hp. A stock 1st gen, manual transmission, turbo DSM came with 195hp. That's only 6 more than what you posted. So numbers are close to the same. I'm sorry but 6 hp is not going to make us walk away from you like we do. So there is obviously more to this debate than just hp numbers.

I am not making excuses, we run what we brung. Stock for stock our stock dsm's will walk all over your stock 325i (of the same model year). Hell, our AWD's will walk all over them from a dig or from a roll. And we have more hp loss thru the AWD then we could ever have from the AC.

Type in "stock dsm 500hp" on Yahoo. for the 411 I need to go to bed.
"Sorry, no results were found."

Yeah right, 500hp stock DSM. Keep dreaming. Your buddy Khadgar is struggling to keep 200 with his heavily-modded car. He said he loses 20hp or so a week due to his engine just breaking down in front of him.

He means that you can throw 500hp to a stock block and pistons and it will hold.

Hell I could probably smoke a 325i in my car and I dont even have first gear. And if a 325i is an ultimate driving machine, WTF is an m5? Is it a rocketship? Bottom line is a 325i may be a bimmer but it a damn cheap one!!! And it is far from an ultimate driving machine!!!! To be honest I would rather drive a geo metro than a 3 series. I mean damn that way i could save my money and buy a real ultimate driving machine. And it sure wouldnt be a BMW. And i guess in my opinion if you are looking for comfort in a DSM, buy a galant!!! That is all for now!!!!
Omigosh, are you kidding me?

I said BMWs are the Ultimate Driving Machines. My 325i is the entry-level car, and yes, M5s ARE rocketships.

And I will cut the next person who would take a Geo Metro over an E36 3-series. Thank you.

I've seen several 325i's hold together with over 600hp with stock block and pistons. *yawn*

You still haven't answered my question about what displacement your engine is. Like I said, I'm not up on all the BMW numbers.

152.2 cu in. 2494cc. 2.5L. Hence the "25" in "325i".
