The timing belt broke and I have to replace it. I think I have to replace the heads and valves. Should I rebuild the old heads or get better ones or what? I am also doing a compression test soon and will give the results. If I need a new engine should I bore the old one out or just rebuild it? Thanks
91's should have 6 bolt, if it has a 6 bolt engin rebuild that one.
if not find a 6bolt and rebuild that... other than that.. you SHOULD keyword SHOULD be fine just rebuilding the head.. replace all of the timing belt necesseties while you are at it if you decide just to go with head rebuild. ie: waterpump, pulleys tensioners... balance shaft belt etc etc..

I bought it a week ago. And its blue. How hard would it be to make a FWD to an AWD?
you only have one head on the car, it's not a V-6 or V-8. You can't do a compression test until you replace the valves. Valves will be bent/broken. Hopefully your piston tops are not screwed up badly. You will need a new timing belt and your head will need to be refreshed. You shouldn't have to bore your block, breaking the timing belt shouldn't have damaged your cylinder walls.

You should also find out why your T belt broke. You might find a seized balance shaft.
