well i have comcast at home and its still displaying old server information..

but my work displays the new server...

woo hooo.. it finally updated and it works from home too :)

now if they just fix the smileys.. speking off..i got them all on my hd if you want me to upload them for you.. or AJ you can just log back onto my server and get them as well..

For some reason if I use my favorite link that I have I get the error, but if I just type in http://www.dsmstyle.com/forum/index.php, it will let me in.

Well I am on at home now, I litterally jumped up and down, gave Jana a big hug, and next thing you know the cubbies hit a homer!

Here is what I had to do on both mine and Jana's system.

C: Windows Folder, System32 folder, Drivers folder, ETC folder, open "host" file with notepad and replace the IP info in there with this:

69.59.153.204 www.dsmstyle.com dsmstyle.com


And boom! I'm in!

Yeah, I would give it shot if I had an ECT folder.

Just do a search for "LMHOSTS" and put it in there. should be in the "windows\system32" directory on most winblows boxes. It is just the normal hosts file in unix. By the way, if Allan calls the people doing the DNS and has them add an "A" record for " www" pointing at the new IP it will fix it for everyone. That is the usual method for most DNS servers, I am surprised they didn't do it on this one.
