I dont see how this would work or make sense, but asking for reactions and to help a friend? The gs is 420a right and mounted differently, plus nonturbo ecu and wiring harness? :headache:

How much work does he want to do? Along with the engine you would have to swap the transmission, ECU, and everything else related.

That seems like a lot of work(and money) for a car that will still be a front drive.
Why doesn't he look into Hahn Racecrafts turbo kits for the 420A? That would yield about the same power(assuming all the transplant parts were to remain stock) for less money.

Not to mention the new motor mounts you'd have to weld on.

I realized the motor mounts are different. Im not going to do this....from what I have read it has and can be done but takes ALOT of work. And I have a star stage 1 turbo kit, im looking to build the bottom end to run more boooooooost

Agreed, this is out of the question and makes no sense. Buy dsm turbo or rebuild his existing 420a. No way out of the delima. Thanks for responses.
