Well at least you now can all see Justice Run it's course, and hopefully things will prevail in your favor, Enes. Good luck.
PS. Dress well and come with paper, (files notes pictures etc) even if you don't need em', as it will help your case tremendously.

Wow, I actually remember that. My memoury goes back THAT far? I suprise myself sometimes.
But at least you will see this guy get what he deserves. And with what JDM says, coming prepared and lookin spiffy wont hurt you as much as him. Good Luck Enes.
Wow! But if it's the State vs. the other guy, you are just testifying against him basically, right? It's not like it's you against him, correct?
exactly, its state against him..
they were trying to get me to come in and testify against him.. i told them i'll testify only if this is a repeat like offense...
so like if he has done things like this before...

Coming in looking good will most likely impress the judge, and see that you as the victim, although not the plantiff, would like to see justice run it's course, most likely making sentencing more harsh.
Good luck!

If its anything like the trials I've been to, he won't show up. But, I remember when this happend, make sure to let us know how everything goes. Hopefully he'll get what he deserves.
see that is the thing.. maybe he is trying to get his life back straightened out... i don't want to kick him while he is down .. i have a heart too you know..
what if he was trying to get on his feet, got a job and was just being in a bad mood that morning.. and now he lost the job because he was late, and got his vehicle towed and spent money there.. also needing to get a lawyer etc etc.. and now after this just messes up his life even more and then he gives up and doesnt try on life any more..

Enes, nice guys finish last.
In 8th grade, my mother and siblings and I were in Olwein IA, and got rear ended by a DK driver going 70. We were stopped.
We didn't claim suit.
The van never worked the same again, and to this day, my mother has bad knees and back, and I get neck aches every night.
Nice guys finish last.
Don't take this one bending over, Enes, you deserve better.

I agree with that. Don't let justice go undone because you think the guy might be different normally. He is accountable for his actions 100% of the time just like the rest of us. Make him pay.
