Yeah, the Diablo Intune made a big difference in seat of the pants and shifting in my Tahoe. Definitely worth the money. Just make sure you can reverse the tune if you need to go in for any warranty work.

Just a heads-up, HPTuners is detectable by the dealership even after flashed back to stock. I know warranty was a huge concern of yours so I would stay away from something like that. Diablo is undetectable once you flash the ECU back to stock, but a dealer can see it if you bring it in with your tune still flashed on. I am not sure about SCT's programmers.

I've got the diablo I2 for my truck, not sure if it'll work on the newer trucks and I'm pretty sure it can't tune the 8 speeds yet from what I remember reading. If you do your research to see if it works, a new license is only $99 and we can throw a can tuned in it and mess with trans stuff too. I feel like the canned tune 87 tune in my truck didn't make a huge difference but feel like it did help a bit

The i2 is compatible through 2017 vehicles, 2018+ will need the new i3. They are not yet supporting the 8-speed, but it is coming (the C7 guys are begging for it as well). I'm waiting for their Cruze 6-speed support as well.
