Depends on how busy they are, him and his gf do it but also work full time. He turned my valve cover around in 3 days. Basically blasting and cleaning to powder coating.

Gotcha. Yeah it's just a bit of a haul so I'd totally sit around for an hour vs. drive back n forth. Back when I did PC'ing on the side, that's what I usually did. Scheduled a time with someone and they came over and we did it right then and there, usually. Not always, but usually.

I know Pat had some knuckles done that had a small issue.

I thought it was good work. But then again, it was my first PC'd part I ever done. The price was amazing and the turn around time was even better. He did a really good job for just learning.

The only "issue" was when I was hammering down with my 1100 ft-lb of nut busting torque beast of a impact, the paint chipped where the bolt met the paint.

Other than that, I should take a picture of the knuckles now to see how well they have held up thus far. You know, with all my "off-roading" I do now(I've only gone hunting once, aka drove down a dirt road LOL)

I guess I'll just make another post but this is how the powder coat has been holding up. It was laid on super thick. The chip shown is probably me at full crank and the knuckle hitting the lower A arm.

Otherwise, the quality is still awesome.

Nothing like some last minute problems the night before your car is due to get picked up and delivered to DB. I topped off the tank on monday only to realize that gas was pouring out of the sending unit. I called Napa first to see if they could get me a gasket but it was a week out and an extra $100.00 to overnight a $5.00 part... no. Surprisingly mitsubishi had one in stock and they delivered out to my shop yesterday! Last night I pulled out the sending unit without breaking any of those shitty gas tank studs thankfully and swapped it out. It looks like whoever put the last one in didnt pull one of those rubber fingers all the way through the sending unit top so it folded over itself. http://www.mitsustyle.com/photopost/data/693/medium/20170613_183231.jpg

Car is good to go and is set for the tow this morning.

You and me both. Monday can't come soon enough, I am tired of being nervous and excited about everything going according to plan when they go to dyno haha.

I'm going to shoot low end and say hopefully 350whp. Overall my goal for the car is 400whp. From what Ive read I think my setup could put down 400 but probably running on E85. So that will be my goal for next year with maybe plans to swap out the intake manifold.
