Ticking sound after timing belt

So a few months ago I had a timing belt job done. AND ever since I've had a ticking sound that only goes away on decel.

I found my exhaust manifold to head gasket had a hole so I replaced that this weekend thinking that was the cause of the ticking noise. As it got louder the worse the gasket leak got.

Went from a 4 layer to a full copper embossed gasket. But the ticking sound is still there.

Any ideas?

I don't see any wear on any of the belts.

Things replaced at time of timing belt:
Water pump
Oil filter housing
Oil pan
Tensioner
Pulleys
Belts
Removed the a/c tensioner (this is the only thing we didn't put back on after the timing belt)

I have a video but can't upload it here. There is no smoke and the car doesn't seem down on power at all.

Lifter/s?

Lifters are what it sounds like. But what has me thrown off is why did it appear after the timing belt?

I didn't do the timing belt job myself and I never have done one. So I'm not sure what I should be looking for.
Guessing here:
-missing bolt
-loose cover
-gasket leak
-bolt rubbing

I want to fix it but not sure what I'm even looking for. The guy who did the timing belt I shares the video and he said check the intake bolts.
I didn't check the intake gasket but all the bolts were tight. (Not really sure how am intake would have anything to do with a timing belt job...Ie why would something haopen with the intake during a timing belt job?)

Well so far the ticking is getting quiter as I tighten down the studs.
This is my first time using this solid copper gasket and I think it just hasn't formed to the head like the multilayer gaskets do (I'm assuming).
As I've heat cycled it now each time some of the nuts on the ARP v2 studs seem looser so I keep tightening them down. Each time I've done this the noise gets quieter and quieter.
Have my fingers crossed that a small exhast leak was the reason and I've found the answer.
