Well I promised photos when I got it, so here they are!!

Shows that it is pretty damn clean, came with everything but is only a roller, motor was in the hatch, does need some paint work but hey, rather do paint work then metal work due to rust! All in all very good start for an LS swap car.

Just to show a little of what I've done so far, Hood up a battery and made sure everything electrical worked, and it did! then started tearing down the front end to see how everything looked, I knew when I bought the car that there had been an accident to the driver side front, may need some attention but, decently solid though, I will get photos of that this weekend, since I havent taken any new ones after I removed the fenders.

Maybe I missed it, will you be building your own mounts? What about harness? I assume you will use GM stuff for harness/ECU?

Yes Mike, hopefully going to get a complete pull out including harness and ecu. Then with the help of a few friends will make my own mounts. I have found a few complete LS1 pullouts which I am starting to highly consider

Could do a 4.8 L20 and bewst the crap out of it for relatively cheap. At least I know the motors are.

I have definitely considered it, but how well would an aluminum block handle boost? Whichever motor I go with I am sticking to aluminum to save that much weight in the front

Do a 5.3 like 90% of the turbo ls cars out there, will hold enough.

Lol I don't want to do what 90% of people do Aaron. That's the point of this build. That's mostly why I would like to just do an N/A LS2 and maybe down the road spray it.
