I boosted 20psi Daily on pump with the 20G.
I'm hoping this whole set will yeild more then 322whp on pump. Cause if it doesn't am seriously going to have a break down.
Things I've changed
Stock Intake Mani - 2G Mangus SMI
Stock 2G TB - 1G TB
HRC 2.25" long route I/C piping - 2.5" Short Route I/C piping
GReddy 24Row FMIC - GTR FMIC
RC550 - FIC 850's
CM Stg 3 - ACT 2600
SAFC - DSMLINK V2
OLD ARPS - NEW ARPS
I changed all that and actually Lost 1HP Between my GS-T(322whp on 92 oct) and my GSX (321whp) - and my power was dropping off at 6800rpms regardless of the fact I have HKS 264/272 and a SMI... which should have carried the power straight to redline. (8,000rpms)
And that's all I could muster out of my S20G on pump.
I've now upgraded again:
Turbonetic T3 manifold
PTE TO4S GT3561 .63A/R with 5 bolt T3 exhaust side
Tial 38mm Waiste Gate - routed back into exhaust
2.5" 02 housing
FP 4" Intake
New K&N Filter
Also wanted to add on the Pict 9 (Bling)
I'm having Jet Polish My compressor Cover and FP intake to match my VC and Magnus SMI.
I've also talked to MIke at QPR to fab me up a Sheet Metal heat sheild for my exhuast Manifold. Which I'm hoping will complimet my VC as well.
There are also plans for a Fluidyne Radiator. But not sure when that'll happen.
After the Mayhem Jenny and I want to go on vacation someplace. But not sure where/when yet. So I'll be saving for that trip first.
Anyrate thanks for the compliments. It's been a long haul but it's finally coming together.
Ack! I didn't know you were running the wastegate off of the #1 runner! You should let the person making up your parts know things like this!! Be careful running that thing off of the #1 cylinder. It can make it go lean compared to the others.

Sorry I thought you knew?
I wanted a Cast manifold, vs Tubular. And this was what was available.
You are supposed to put a block off plate over that wastegate mount and put it on the O2 housing where it belongs!

I can do what ever you want. But you're the one fabing up the 02 housing.
I originally had to do it off the Manifold because of the 4 bolt exhuaust housing I was going to go with. But now that I have a 5 bolt with a Hole. I can run it off the 02 housing if that's how you want to make the 02 housing?
I'm down for what ever as long as it works.

Bah, it doesn't belong on the O2 housing. You can't even do that at all with a T4 exhaust housing or the 4-bolt outlet T3 exhaust housings.

I know Lacroix, and Moe both are doing it the way I have it.
So I should be ok.

Manifold mounting is the way to go. My waist gate has a 18psi spring and with no boost controller it starts at 16 and creeps to 18 by redline.
