...after the media and public have passed judgement. Guilty until proven innocent.

Its a he said she said battle at this point. For some reason they uncovered that the van made an undisclosed stop that was now caught on bystander camera. 4 stops instead of the 3 noted by police originally. Not good for their story...

Also Im not sure if the other prisoner is a good source, especially if they are white lol.

I have a feeling there wont be enough evidence to make any charges against the cops and it will all go unresolved as usual.

Unresolved as usual? With all the public scrutiny on the police as of late, I don't think any major case like this has gone unresolved, especially with the DOJ offering to step in and assist. Seems like every day there is a new article about a cop getting arrested, fired, etc.

Unresolved for lack of proof. Just like the Missouri case, the cop resigned, his life is ruined essentially. There was lack of proof to charge him, so the unrest remains on the other side..

I disagree, Darren Wilson was cleared by everyone up to and including the DOJ due to the evidence.

Eric Holder's DOJ found that Officer Wilson's account of what happened was true based on the evidence at the scene, inside of the Police SUV, entry wounds, etc. And the evidence found proved that the so called "witnesses" were collectively lying to entrap a white officer based on race.

The reason he resigned is because of all of the threats against him and his family, the distortion of the facts by the media and those with agendas that don't involve the truth.

I agree with the ruling and they cleared him based on evidence that was on hand, but it wasnt enough in my opinion to totally know what events took place 100%. There will always be that degree of skepticism though, even if there is footage.

There was no camera footage like the guy that was shot while running away from the cops a couple weeks ago. And yea while there wont always be evidence like that to show what went down, thats what I meant by unresolved. I should have put it it a different way.

In the end, I guess you believe what you want to believe, regardless what the facts are.
