Should do better than that, his old setup was supposedly 2200+hp before the change over to alcohol.

That's what the "+" was for :). These are drag cars. Just a technicality that they race on the "street" sometimes. Get trailered there, controlled situation, etc. Only difference is potential for hitting curbs instead of walls at at the track. Still entertaining, but it's basically just plain and simple drag racing with some drama and editing added for tv.
