Its right THERE. LOOK STRAIGHT UP FROM THE WORD FUSE. See that little yellow thing? Thats the black, add-on fuse block.

I told you an hour ago, to follow the black wire coming from the square plug, from the bottom left of the main block. Follow the wire DOWN AND BEHIND to the black, add-on fuse block.
