Four lightly used Bridgestone Blizzak WS70 winter / snow tires in size 235/45/17. The tires have only been used for one season and have 80% to 85% tread life left, which should be good for another 3 or 4 years of use.

Asking $450 OBO for all four; a new set would cost over $700.

A description of the Bridgestone Blizzak WS70:

The Blizzak WS70 is Bridgestone's Studless Ice & Snow winter tire developed for the drivers of compacts, coupes, sedans, minivans and crossover vehicles looking for traction on winter's slushy, snow-covered and icy roads. The Blizzak WS70 represents the fourth generation of Bridgestone WinterBiter tires designed to deliver wintertime traction and control that inspires driver confidence.

The Blizzak WS70 features a dual-compound tread with Bridgestone's NanoPro-Tech silica-enhanced Tube Multicell compound layered on top of a standard winter compound. The Tube Multicell compound features thousands of microscopic tubes and cells uniformly distributed throughout the compound (which makes the rubber look like Swiss cheese when examined through a microscope) that wick away the water that often forms between the tire's contact patch and the surface of snow-packed and icy roads. New pores and tubes are constantly exposed around the tread as the tire wears. This flexible rubber compound improves the tire's grip in cold conditions while the bite particles attached to the tubes scratch at packed snow and icy surfaces for traction.

This unique tread compound is molded into a directional tread design consisting of a circumferential center rib flanked by independent intermediate and shoulder blocks that feature 3-D zigzag sipes to enhance dry road performance while maintaining snow, ice and wet traction. Four main circumferential grooves help disperse water and slush away from the tire's contact patch to increase hydroplaning resistance and enhance braking force on snow-covered and icy roads.

Featuring Bridgestone's UNI-T Technology, the Blizzak WS70's internal structure includes twin steel belts reinforced by spirally wound nylon to provide the desired high-speed durability and ride characteristics.

Blizzak WS70 Studless Ice & Snow tires meet the industry's severe snow service requirements and are branded with the mountain/snowflake symbol.
When the Blizzak WS70 is 50 percent worn, a tread depth indicator molded into the tread design lets the driver know that only 10 percent of the remaining tread is the Tube Multicell compound.

Install Bridgestone Blizzak WS70 tires in sets of four only.

Due to the traction capabilities of Blizzak WS70 tires, Bridgestone recommends using them only in sets of four to provide the best handling characteristics and tire performance.

WS70 is being discontinued and are on clearance right now for $600 shipped for a set. I am interested, but the price is going to have to come down. PM me and we can discuss. Need any DSM parts?
