2G ECMLink V3 Setup

Just like the title says i have a 2G ECMLink setup that includes the chip, socketed ecu, and cable.

I got this in a trade and cant get my laptop to connect, The car will start and run with it plugged in but i cant figure out the connection problem and need cash to get a new phone now. Bring your car and laptop to try it out if you like.

did you download the drivers from ecmlink ontop of the software?

Yep i have all the drivers downloaded, I have a help article posted here on style but nobody has chimed in. Ive searched and tried everything i could think of and am at a loss.

Im sure its something wrong with my car, Im only getting 4.73v at the comm pin on the obd port and from what ive read that will cause communication issues.

If someone was interested i also have a laptop up here to hook it up to someones car for testing before purchase.
