Not much opportunity the last half because we were constantly being tailed. But the first bit Cam was driving in typical Cam fashion

My bike averaged about 41mpg on the way there and about 44mpg on the highway on the way home

I averaged around 20 on the way there, 24 on the drive back. I totally could have gotten back home on a single tank, too. 13 gallons on the return trip.

Why the fok are you guys bragging about MPG? :P My I think beaterX did ~18mpg and while it couldn't quite keep up with Kevin's SV1000 it left our favorite racing dentist looking at the rear bumper! One minor breakdown, blew off a silicone coupler on the UICP. I think the one that's on there got too hot from being near the exhaust manifold and is weakened or something. Either that or I have a loose front motor mount, meh. 5-minute fix and we were back on the road!
650+ miles for the weekend and other than the above the car is running like a top. Just love cruising in this thing with all you guys!
We had a freaking blast touring the breweries; I'm SO glad we made the push to go extra far. New Glarus is just spectacular; their new facility is redonk and Wisconson Brewing Co was mindblowing. Best brewery tour I've ever been on.
Thanks to everyone for coming and thanks to everyone that pitched in to help put this together!
Want to help with the next cruise? Speak up now, we could use a hand!
Pics coming soon.

^ couldn't agree more! Both facilities were very nice and I'm glad I finally got to see New Glarus!
On a side note, I averaged 27 on the way there and 31
(going mostly 80...) on the way home! That is based off miles and gallons filled, not the in car computer, which agreed.
The car felt awesome on this cruise. Very composed at speed, and very comfortable

we actually averaged 36 on the way home :)
and the little neon was very un-composed above 120
I literally thought we blew a tire on that one road that was a bit un even.
but no issues other than that!!

In contrast to Cam, the IX was great at speed, even with a COMPLETELY OPEN center diff.
And Scheides, I'm bragging about MPG because after this cruise, I'm so happy that I'm back to pump gas. E is fun, but about the furthest thing from convenience.

Leaning more towards alky injection then? That was always a nice plus :D
