Link doesn't work for me either...

Searching NHRA's site I can find PDF's with the titles as:

I can save the PDF's and send them to somebody to upload if anybody would like. I'm not smart enough to how to upload pdf's anywhere.

Edit: Tried using style's fancy upload feature. It work for anybody?

I also think anybody that plans on trapping over 135mph or running faster than 9.99 needs a nhra license which requires a physical and some single pass runs to prove you can handle the car.

Thats the form you need to fill out. I know Mark L has his license and I have a license but its for motorcycles. If anybody can't find somebody to witness their passes I'd be more than willing to sign off on them but you'd have to ask the NHRA folks if they'd like a motorcycle guys sign off on a car pass.
